PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of operating at a low power supply voltage.SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit includes: first and second transistors (111, 112) whose gates are respectively connected to first and second differential input nodes; third and fourth transistors (113, 114) whose drains are respectively connected to the first and second transistors; first and second resistors respectively connected between drains and gates of the third and fourth transistors; fifth and sixth transistors (122, 132) whose gates are respectively connected to the drains of the first and second transistors and drains are respectively connected to first and second differential output nodes; seventh and eighth transistors (121, 131) whose drains are respectively connected to the first and second differential output nodes; and third and fourth resistors respectively connected between drains and gates of the seventh and eighth transistors. |
