The vehicular control device 10 comprises an MPU 21 that includes an application voltage generation part for generating a voltage control signal S_b that enables the DCDC converter 24 to apply the power supply voltage V1 to the drive circuit at the power supply voltage V1 or more or less than the power supply voltage V1, and that includes a voltage command value generation part, a PWM conversion part and a PWM output part for generating a motor control signal S_a that enables a drive circuit 22 to control a drive motor 11. Especially, the voltage command value generation part performs calculation on the basis of overmodulation PWM control for enabling the output of the motor control signal S_a having a pulse width longer than a cycle of a PWM carrier, as the PWM control in a case of enabling an application voltage V2 less than the power supply voltage V1 to be applied.
