PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self injection synchronous oscillator capable of outputting frequencies at a fine frequency interval, without controlling a phase shifter finely according to the frequency.SOLUTION: A self injection synchronous oscillator includes a voltage-controlled oscillator having a control terminal for applying a control voltage, an injection terminal for injecting an injection wave and an output terminal for outputting an output wave, a delay circuit for delaying the output wave from the voltage-controlled oscillator and injecting, as the injection wave, to the injection terminal of the voltage-controlled oscillator, and a control circuit for switching a plurality of different control voltages, as the control voltage being applied to the control terminal of the voltage-controlled oscillator, by time division. |
