PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a step-up loss that can be generated when controlling a motor.SOLUTION: A motor control apparatus, for use in controlling motors that include a first motor (MG 1) and a second motor (MG 2), includes: a first inverter (30) corresponding to the first motor; a second inverter (40) corresponding to the second motor; a battery (10) capable of inputting and outputting power relative to the first and second motors; a step-up converter (20), disposed between the battery and the first and second inverters, for stepping up voltage of the battery; and switchover means (SW 0) capable of switching between connection and disconnection between a neutral point of the first motor and a positive pole side upstream of the step-up converter. |
