PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support working of facility management person when a set value of an air conditioning system is changed to a comfortable side in correspondence with a desire from a dweller for thermal environment.SOLUTION: A desire corresponding support device comprises an energy consumption amount estimating calculation part 3 for estimating energy consumption amount of facility to be monitored when an air conditioning system is operated without changing its set value and for estimating energy consumption amount of facility to be monitored when an air conditioning system is operated while changing its set value to a comfortable side when a desire for thermal environment is generated from a dweller; a set value changing time calculating part 4 for calculating the set value changing time capable of accomplishing the desired energy consumption amount of facility in reference to estimation of an estimated energy consumption amount and information on energy consumption amount got by a monitor data taking part 1; and a set value changing time presentation part 5 for presenting the set value changing time calculated by the set value changing time calculating part 4 to the facility management person.
