PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that is excellent in heat exchange performance.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes: an outer pipe 5 through which a first fluid flows; and one or more inner pipes (3, 3a, 3b) through which a second fluid flows, where the inner pipes (3, 3a, 3b) are arranged inside the outer pipe 5, multiple dimples (8,8a, 8b) recessed inward are provide in the outer pipe 5, and the center of the inner pipes (3, 3a, 3b) is arranged eccentrically from the center of the outer pipe 5, whereby a turbulent flow of the first fluid is facilitated in improving the heat exchange performance. |
