PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump capable of rapidly increasing a delivery pressure of oil, surely delivering the oil, and capable of improving operation reliability, and a hydraulic circuit for a vehicle with the usage of the electric pump.SOLUTION: An electric pump includes a motor 14, a pump 15 driven by the motor 14, a suction port 28 having one end connected to the pump 15 and introducing oil to the pump 15, a delivery port 29 having one end connected to the pump 15 and introducing the oil delivered from the pump 15 to a transmission 3, and a relief valve 42 connected to the delivery port 29 and having an open port 37 opening the delivery port 29 in order to reduce the pressure when the pressure of the oil delivered from the delivery port 29 is equal to or higher than a prescribed value. The other end of the suction port 28, the other end of the delivery port 29, and the open port 37 are respectively connected to separate oil passages 10, 11 and 12. |
