PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an ABS control in accordance with a change of the state of an ice road surface due to an external air temperature.SOLUTION: When a brake pressure of each wheel is controlled based on an optimal rotation speed of the wheel calculated by using a deceleration in a vehicle longitudinal direction detected by an acceleration detection means and a rotation speed of the wheel detected by a wheel speed detection means and an external air temperature detected by an external air temperature sensor, in such a case that the extent of deceleration is the extent of a standard deceleration value or less and the external air temperature is a first preset temperature or higher, the brake pressure is controlled such that a slip rate gets to a target slip rate upon high temperature as a slip rate which is a standard target slip rate or more and, in such a case that the extent of deceleration is the extent of the standard deceleration value or less and the external air temperature is lower than a second preset temperature which is lower than the first preset temperature, the brake pressure is controlled such that the slip rate gets to a target slip rate upon low temperature as a slip rate less than the target slip rate upon high temperature. |
