PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device which removes a step slip sound of a shaft coupling.SOLUTION: An intermediate member 50 includes a center part 51 made of a soft resin, a first cover part 60 made of a hard resin and a second cover part 70 made of a hard resin. The center part 51 is somewhat protruded to the engagement side with respect to the first cover part 60 and the second cover part 70, formed with a first recess 63 which is recessed to the inner diameter side on a position corresponding to a tip inner circumference of a second claw part 81 on an outer circumference of a first cover boss part 69, and formed with a second recess 73 which is recessed to the inner diameter side on a position corresponding to a tip inner circumference of a first claw part 81 on an outer circumference of a second cover boss part 79. When an axial line of the intermediate member 50 is inclined for an axial line of a first yoke 41 and an axial line of a second yoke 80, interference with the second claw part 81 and a first cover boss part 59 is avoided by the first recess 63 and interference with the first claw part and a second cover boss part 79 is avoided by the second recess 73. |
