PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture device that has a configuration which can perform different surface treatments to a cell culture surface and the other surfaces.SOLUTION: A cell culture device has: a container having an opening with a bottom on one side of a surface; a base member; and a cover member; and is configured by arranging the base member in the center in a bottom surface in the opening of the container, and further fitting the cover member to the opening. The base member is made of an elastic material having chemical resistance and has a main plane smaller than the bottom surface in the opening and has a through hole provided perpendicular to the main plane. The cover member has a planar shape that fits into the opening. When the cover member is fitted into the opening, an inner wall of the opening is held by an outer peripheral surface, and the base member is pressed to the side of the bottom surface in the opening by a plane in the side of the bottom surface of the opening. When the container, the base member and the cover member is integrally configured, a cell culture chamber is constructed by a space partitioned with an inner side surface of the through hole of the base member and a portion of the bottom surface in the opening. |
