PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical carbon fiber-containing heat insulation material free from the generation of restriction wrinkles and the peeling of a carbon fiber felt, and having excellent heat insulation performance, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a fired wound body with a hollow cylindrical shape in which a fired carbon fiber felt layer is spirally wound and laminated, in which, by providing the space between the laminations of the fired carbon fiber felt layer with a fired organic matter screen layer in which an organic matter screen with a carbon remaining rate of 5 wt.% or higher is fired, the laminations are bound. |
