PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which allows a molded product to be smoothly removed from the mold without deformation of the molded product, and a manufacturing method of a molded product using a mold which allows the molded product to be smoothly removed from the mold without deformation of the molded product.SOLUTION: The mold includes a first mold A and a second mold B which are disposed with a distance in the extending direction of an axis O, movable in the extending direction of the axis O, and a plurality of third molds C which can be split and opened/closed in the directions orthogonal to the axis O. A cavity D to define the external shape of a molded product Ma is formed inside the closed molds A to C. Mold opening releases the close contact between the molded product Ma and each of the molds A to C, so that the molded product Ma can be taken out. Any one of the first mold A and the second mold B has an overhanging cavity surface 2f which overhangs from a mating surface 1a with the third mold C toward the third mold C so as to define the external surface of the molded product Ma with a cavity surface 3f of the third mold C when the molds are closed. |
