PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent drain from boiling up in a heat exchanger, such as an economizer, even in a case of lowering a water level in a boiler.SOLUTION: A boiler system includes: a boiler; a heat exchanger 7 pre-heating water supplied to the boiler 1 by exhaust gas from the boiler 1; flow rate adjustment means 11 adjusting a water supply amount to the heat exchanger 7; and control means 14 that in a case of lowering a water level in the boiler 1, controls the flow rate adjustment means 11 so that a water supply amount to the heat exchanger 7 exceeds a boiling limit amount and does not exceed an actual steam amount, according to difference of supply water temperature to the heat exchanger 7. |
