PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back door lock device capable of improving durability and reliability.SOLUTION: A back door lock device 1 comprises a latch 20 and a ratchet 30, a latch lever 110 for rotating by linking with the latch 20 and a sector gear 120 having a pressing part 124 capable of pressing an abutting part 114 of the latch lever 110. The sector gear 120 has a circular arc-shaped cam surface 128a provided along its rotary locus, and is provided with a closing switch 125 and an opening switch 127 being a push-button type detection switch arranged oppositely to the cam surface 128a and detecting an operation state of a closing operation or an opening operation by advancing-retreating by abutting on the cam surface 128a. |
