PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane handle device having a mechanism capable of easily and quickly unlocking, even in an emergency such as being unable to execute unlocking operation by a handle.SOLUTION: A plane handle device comprises a case 20, a handle 30 journaled to the case 20 so as to be capable of pulling out and turning and a latch body 40 stored in the case 20 in a state of being energized to the front X by a spring and capable of linear reciprocating motion to the longitudinal direction X and Y by interlocking with turning of the handle 30, and the case 20 comprises a through-hole 24 for inserting an action projection piece 33 of the handle 30, and the latch body 40 comprises a projection piece receiving hole 43 of communicating in the thickness direction with the through-hole 24, and the action projection piece 33 of the handle 30 is inserted into the projection piece receiving hole 43 from the through-hole 24, and a first operation space S1 capable of inserting the tip 15a of a release tool 15 for retreating the latch body 40 against spring-energization, is formed between the action projection piece 33 and a rear inner wall 43a of the projection piece receiving hole 43 in a locking state. |
