PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door device for partitioning of simple structure, high stability, simple configuration and compact and excellent overall appearance.SOLUTION: A doorway 3 formed at a required part of a partition 2 may be opened and closed with a sliding door 5. The sliding door 5 comprises two single doors 6, 6, each of which may be slid in the right and left directions. Each of rail members 10, 11 above and below the single door 6 has a slide groove 15. The slide groove 15 is formed by denting rearward a front surface part 12 on the doorway side. A connecting part 17 on one end of a fitting member 16 is connected to a sliding member 13 fitted on the slide groove 15, while the other end is fixed on a wall surface behind the partition. A door roller is installed below the single door 6, and the sliding door 5 may be slid in the direction to open or close the doorway 3 as the sliding members 10, 11 above and below the door slide. |
