PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing agent for a carbon fiber cord for rubber reinforcement in which the generation of fuzz is suppressed, also, the wetting of a phenol-formaldehyde resin rubber latex-dispersed liquid is made satisfactory, and adhesive strength with a rubber is satisfactory.SOLUTION: Provided is a carbon fiber sizing agent applied to a carbon fiber bundle, including an aqueous composition having amino silane and a butadiene-maleic acid copolymer. In the carbon fiber bundle applied with the carbon fiber sizing agent, fuzz is hard to be generated, the wetting of a phenol-formaldehyde resin rubber latex dispersion liquid is satisfactory, and the adhesive strength with rubber is made satisfactory. |
