PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for a treatment instrument which moves a treatment instrument in a wider treatment range in real time while performing treatment.SOLUTION: Provided is an adaptor 2 for a treatment instrument which includes an adoptor body 15 fixed in a tip end of an insertion part 8 of an endoscope, a movable member 16 arranged in a longitudinal direction of the insertion part 8 and supporting a tip end part of a treatment instrument channel member 4 penetrating a treatment instrument 7, and a movement mechanism 17 moving the movable member 16 in parallel in a direction crossing the longitudinal axis of the treatment instrument channel member 4 supported by the movable member 16, with respect to the adoptor body 15. |
