PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device, a distribution method, and a distribution program which facilitate a procedure relating to advertisement distribution by a distribution side.SOLUTION: The distribution device comprises an acquisition unit and a distribution unit. The acquisition unit acquires information on the time slots of second contents to be provided together with a first content in a facility providing the first content. The distribution unit distributes to the facility another content to provide to a medium other than the facility, as a second content to be provided in a time slot. The acquisition unit acquires information on the sales situation of the time slot. The distribution unit distributes another content to the facility on the basis of the information on the sales situation acquired by the acquisition unit.
