PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program and a system for information propagation, capable of propagating necessary information efficiently and securely with reduced possibility of congestion etc.SOLUTION: The information propagation method for propagating specific information to an information terminal on the basis of the short-range radio communication thereof includes: a state change process for randomly changing the information terminal in a manner of choice between a client state and a server state; a connection application signal transmission process by the terminal of the client state; a connection application signal reception process by the terminal of the server state; a server-side connection establishment process; a client-side connection establishment process; an information transmission enabling process for setting at least one of the terminal in the client state after connection establishment and the terminal in the server state after connection establishment, to a state of capable of transmitting at least partial information of specific information destined to an information terminal of the connection destination thereof; and a connection cutting process.
