PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route search system and a route search method capable of searching a guide route according to non-expertise in an untraveled road.SOLUTION: Driver performance data obtained by detecting driver performances of a plurality of drivers for each driver and each link individually is analyzed, non-expertise in each link of each driver is calculated for each link individually, the drivers are classified to be set into types using the calculated non-expertise, a first route search process for searching a guide route from a present location to a destination according to the non-expertise of the driver who transmits a request to provide the guide route or a second route search process for searching the guide route according to the non-expertise of the other drivers set into the same type as the driver who is the requester to provide the route guide is selectively performed, an image in which the searched guide route is superimposed on a map image is displayed on a touch display, and the guide route is provided to the driver who is the requester to provide the guide route. |
