PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve capable of ensuring the appropriate sealability of a seal member interposing between a communication port and a valve body.SOLUTION: A flow regulating valve in which a seal member S1 sealing clearances between first to third outlets communicating an interior of a housing 1 with an exterior thereof and first to third opening portions communicating an interior of a valve body 3 rotatably contained in an inner circumference side of the housing 1 with an exterior of the valve body 3 is energized to the valve body 3 by a spring SP, comprises a pressure receiving surface 35 receiving a pressure of cooling water flowing from within the housing 1 separately from a seating surface 33 of the spring SP and provided on an end surface of the seal member S1 close to the spring SP, thereby contributing to energizing the seal member S1 to the valve body 3. |
