PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure excellent temperature detection accuracy by suppressing the impact of outdoor air flowing into a smoke exhaust duct.SOLUTION: A battery pack 10 includes a battery stack 20 formed by stacking a plurality of batteries 21 having a safety valve 22, a smoke exhaust duct 14 for leading the gas discharged from the safety valve 22, and a temperature sensor 15 installed in the duct. The smoke exhaust duct 14 is provided with a windbreak wall 38 covering at least the duct exhaust port side 14a of a temperature sensor 15.
