PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect acceleration with high detection sensitivity while eliminating an error caused by a use environment, such as temperature and an attachment state.SOLUTION: Inside a device housing 210, a weight body 240 is housed. With a point Q on a support base part 215 fixed on lower left of the device housing 210 as a starting point, a first arm part 220 extends rightward and a second arm part 230 extends upward. Both of the arm parts 220, 230 are curved in intermediate parts 222, 232; their both end parts 223, 233 are connected to the weight body 240 via a common connection part 250. The weight body 240 is supported by the arm parts 220, 230 in the device housing 210 in a suspended state. To both ends of the respective arm parts, piezoresistive elements Px11 to Px23, Py11 to Py23 are fixed. A bridge circuit provided inside a detection circuit 290 detects each coordinate axis component of acceleration in an XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system on the basis of a change in electric resistance of the piezoresistive elements. |
