Provided is an anti-static hard coating layer composition comprising: an ultraviolet curable resin; inorganic particles having particle diameters of 400 to 500 nm; nano-inorganic particles having particle diameters of 1 to 30 nm; a conductive inorganic material; and a conductive organic material. In addition, provided is a transparent conductive film comprising an anti-static hard coating layer formed by the hard coating layer composition.
