The present invention relates to an immunogenicity composition including fusion protein which includes recombinant influenza hemagglutinin (HA) composed of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and cold shock protein (CSP) composed of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7 in an N-terminal of the recombinant influenza HA, in order to treat or prevent infection diseases by H1N1, H1N2, H2N2, H9N2, H5N1, H3N2, or H7N7 type influenza viruses. According to the invention, the composition can be used as a general-purpose vaccine having a general-purpose immunity against various subvariety influenza virus strains. |
