The present invention provides a neutralization device for a guided missile, capable of controlling rotation and stoppage of an intercept missile during a flight for ignition of a directional warhead, and guiding and controlling a guided missile. The neutralization device for the guided missile comprises: a sensor detecting a threatening approaching object; a tracking sensor tracking the detected threatening object, and obtaining information on a position and a speed of the threatening object; a control computer transmitting a command signal to a launcher by estimating a direction and time of launching the intercept missile using the information obtained by the tracking sensor, and guiding and controlling the intercept missile after launching the same; the intercept missile destroying the threatening object by igniting the warhead during flight after launching; and the launcher having the intercept missile thereon, and launching the mounted intercept missile.
