PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cereal grain dryer which can detect a holding quantity of cereal grain in a cheap structure.SOLUTION: A cereal grain dryer comprising a body having a cereal grain storage unit in an upper part and a ventilation drying unit in a lower part, and ventilating and drying the cereal grain stored in the cereal grain storage unit at the ventilation drying unit comprises: conveying means conveying the cereal grain held in the body to the cereal grain storage unit; and holding quantity detection means detecting the holding quantity of the cereal grain on the basis of a load current value of a motor driving the conveying means in a holding operation. |
