PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous body containing a composite of a novel planar metallic fine particle and fine cellulose, applicable to a heat insulation film.SOLUTION: A porous body contains a composite 1 in which a planar metallic fine particle 2 and at least one refined cellulose fiber 3 are combined. The planar metallic fine particle 2 is at least one or more kinds of metal or a compound thereof. In each fine cellulose fiber 3, a part 3a is taken inside the planar metallic fine particle 2, and balance 3b is exposed on a surface of the planar metallic fine particle 2. |
