The present invention relates to an air ventilation system of a heat exchange duct comprising a control panel capable of controlling an operation of a system. The air ventilation system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: an inlet duct part (3) having an air inflow part blow fan (1) to take outside fresh air to the inside; a first flexible duct part (7) for delivering the air by being connected to the inlet duct part; an outlet duct part (4) having an exhaustion part blow fan (2) to exhaust indoor air to the outside, as being connected to the first flexible duct part; an exhaustion duct pipe (12) having a plurality of exhaustion pipe holes (13) to collect air of high temperature in the inside as being extended and connected to an end of the exhaustion duct part; an internal air exhaustion flexible duct (8) which is tightened in an outer circumference of the exhaustion duct part and the inlet duct part, and discharges the internal air to the outside through the exhaustion duct pipe (12); a second flexible duct part (9) which is tightened in the outside of the internal air exhaustion flexible duct (8), and equally distributes the fresh air from an inlet hole (11) into the inside through an inlet duct hole (10) by inserting the fresh air between the internal air exhaustion flexible duct (8); and an external exhaustion pipe (14) for exhausting the air circulating in the inside to the outside by opening an upper side of the inlet duct part.
