PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver which enables efficient arrangement of parts therein.SOLUTION: An optical transceiver includes an ICR 15 for transmitting and receiving signal light, a circuit board 21 electrically connected to the ICR 15 and having a circuit mounted thereon, a holder 23 that is mounted on the circuit board 21 to hold the ICR 15, and an FPC 22A, 22B that connect the ICR 15 to the circuit. The FPC 22A, 22B extends through a gap S3 between the holder 23 and the circuit board 21 to the other side R2 of the holder 23, and is folded back on the other side R2 of the holder 23 to be connected to electrode pads T1, T2 located below the holder 23. |
