The present invention relates to a structure for protecting an ocean structure from impact due to a vessel collision, capable of safely protecting an ocean structure from damage due to a collision by being installed around the ocean structure and being transformed, since colliding with a vessel instead of the ocean structure when the vessel approaches the ocean structure, to dissipate impact energy. Multiple vertical piles (1) are arranged in front of the ocean structure (200), and a box-shaped protective material (2) is formed of a member of a six-sided box shape, wherein the inside of the member is empty. A through hole (21) is formed on a bottom plate (20) of the box-shaped protective material (2), so an upper end of the vertical pile (1) is integrated with an upper plate (22) of the box-shaped protective material (2) since the vertical pile (2) passes through the through hole (21). When the vessel (300) collides with the box-shaped protective material (2), the box-shaped protective material (2) is laterally displaced in a direction of the ocean structure (200). Also, a second plastic hinge (P2) is formed in the vertical pile (1) in a position where the bottom plate (20) of the box-shaped protective material (2) is located, and a first plastic hinge (P1) is formed in the lower end of the vertical pile (1). Thereby, the impact energy is dissipated by rotation of the first and second plastic hinges (P1, P2). |
