According to the present invention, a magnetic field shielding sheet comprises: a shielding layer; a cover layer which is attached to one surface of the shielding layer; a bonding layer which attaches the shielding layer to a component; and a buffer layer which is laminated between the shielding layer and the bonding layer to prevent bubbles when the shielding layer is attached to a digitizer panel and prevent the shielding layer from being bent or deformed in one direction.
