The present invention relates to an insert injection mold apparatus and a method using a Korean traditional paper film. The insert injection mold apparatus comprises: a first mold plate having a blowout panel, which is an element for blowout of a product, and a cutting panel for cutting a Korean traditional paper film on one side; a second mold plate having an absorption hole for absorbing the supplied Korean traditional paper film on the other side; and a robot which supplies the Korean traditional paper film to the second mold plate. According to the present invention, the insert injection mold apparatus and the method using a Korean traditional paper film, which is eco-friendly to the skin of the human body and has soft texture, have economic feasibility and efficiency as being capable of economically, quickly, and conveniently injecting a xenogeneic material without a waste of a material. |
