The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically inspecting a bolt where an O-ring is assembled and a method therefor comprising: a bolt access unit (50) connected with a supply unit (71) of an automatic bolt supply device (70); a non-molding bolt checking unit (40) discharging a bolt (100); a bolt movement unit (30) sliding the bolt (100) to a desired position; a pick up 360-degree rotation unit (20); and a bolt O-ring correct position checking unit (10) checking that an O-ring (110) is correctly positioned in an O-ring groove (104) of the bolt (100). The present invention automatically and continuously and rapidly checks a genuine product to be supplied in the complete product.
