The present invention relates to tomato laver pickles and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: preparing tomato pickle sauce including water, soy sauce, and tomatoes; and coating the prepared tomato pickle sauce onto the laver. The present invention can provide a method for preparing a new type of laver pickles having excellent palatability and nutritional ingredients, thereby promoting the consumption of laver. The present invention can enhance the affinity for the pickle and ensures easy storage and distribution of the laver. |
