The invention relates to an electrochemical reactor which includes at least one electrochemical cell (6) having a membrane/electrode assembly (10) sandwiched between a first separating plate (24) and a second separating plate (26), the membrane/electrode assembly (10) having an electrolytic membrane (12) sandwiched between two electrodes (14, 16).
