According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a degenerated, modified, and conjugated diene-based polymer with excellent processability and final properties of a vulcanized rubber product, by providing a conjugated diene-based polymer which comprises a branch structure with respect to degeneration and controls the molecular weight with respect to modification.
