According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operating method of a motion recognition device comprises the following steps: acquiring an image on a passenger; determining a position of the passenger in the acquired image; recognizing a motion of the passenger in the acquired image; searching a control motion corresponding to the recognized motion of the passenger, based on the determined position of the passenger; and performing the searched control motion.
