The present invention relates to a refining apparatus for a molten metal and a refining method thereof, capable of controlling a concentration of impurities in the molten metal such as molten iron using a turbulence in the molten metal created from a rotation of a vessel to agitate and mix the molten metal and additive agents, and using the turbulence in the molten metal having a centrifugal force created from a rotation of ladles revolving on a rotating shaft inside a vessel of which the molten metal is contained. The apparatus comprises: ladles to form a space to accept the molten metal; a driving unit to provide the rotating force; a fixating unit to rotate the ladles; and a support unit for the ladles. |
