The present invention relates to a loosening prevention bolt assembly. The loosening prevention bolt assembly comprises: a bolt having a first thread on an outer circumference; a nut having a second thread screwed with the first thread, formed on an inner circumference, and including a connection groove formed on the outer circumference by penetrating the second thread; and a loosening prevention screw unit maintaining a connection state of the bolt and the nut by being hung on and coupled to the bolt after being inserted through the connection groove. The bolt has a wedge hanging groove which is concave at a predetermined depth in an axial direction. The loosening prevention screw unit includes a wedge which is hung on and coupled to the wedge hanging groove after being inserted into the connection groove as a lower part thereof is formed to correspond to a shape of the wedge hanging groove. As such, the wedge of the loosening prevention screw unit is hung on and coupled to the wedge hanging groove of the bolt when the bolt and the nut are coupled; thus the loosening prevention bolt assembly preventing the bolt and the nut from being loosened. |
