COPOLYMERS OF DIGLYCIDYL ETHER TERMINATED POLYSILOXANE COMPOUNDS AND NON-AROMATIC POLYAMINES

摘要

A copolymer of a diglycidyl ether-terminated polysiloxane compound and non-aromatic polyamine is used in manufacturing of a dielectric material for plating an electroless metal. The copolymer is used in manufacturing of a printed circuit board such as cleaning and conditioning of a through hole before electroless metallization.
