The present invention relates to a composite electronic component which comprises: complex bodies combined with electro static discharge (ESD) protective elements which include first and second electrodes, which are composed of a plurality of dielectric body layers and capacitors, made of a ceramic main body where internal electrodes, arranged to face each other between the dielectric body layers, are laminated, and arranged on the ceramic main body, discharge portions arranged between the first and second electrodes, and protective layers arranged on the first and second electrodes and the discharge portions; input terminals arranged on a first side in a longitudinal direction of the complex body, and connected to the internal electrodes of the capacitors and the first and second electrodes; and earth terminals formed on a second side in the longitudinal direction of the complex body, and connected to the internal electrodes of the capacitors and the first and second electrodes.
