摘要 An objective of the present invention is to substantially improve air tightness and durability. An opening and closing valve apparatus for incompressible fluid according to the present invention comprises: a valve body having a sealing contact unit formed in the middle portion of a flow space formed between an inlet and an outlet connected to a pipeline in which a liquid chemical treatment agent flows, and an opening hole unit formed on an upper portion of the sealing contact unit; a sealing unit whose lower end selectively opens and closes the sealing contact unit, and vertically moves along the opening hole unit; an operation unit which is mounted to seal the upper portion of the valve body, and provides an operational force for a vertical movement of the sealing unit; bellows mounted to surround an outer circumference of the sealing unit to expand and contract inside the opening hole unit according to a vertical movement, and divide and seal the sealing unit and the flow space; and an attenuating means which comprises an attenuation case connected to a connection pipe connected to one side of the opening hole unit to seal the inside thereof, a blocking unit to selectively open and close the connection pipe, an elastic spring arranged on a rear end of the blocking unit to apply an elastic restoring force forwards, and attenuation bellows connected to the blocking unit to enclose the elastic spring, divide and seal an internal space of the attenuation case, and which is configured to attenuate an increase of an internal pressure in the flow space when the sealing unit descends.
