The present invention relates to a biomarker for determining a salt stress response of a plant. More specifically, the biomarker for determining a salt stress response of a plant of the present invention is used to determine a salt stress response of a plant and a salt-resistant from metabolome separated from a plant, thereby being used in selection and species development of a salt-resistant genetic resource, and being used as a salt-resistance increasing material for crops.
