Disclosed are a link setting method, a link setting device, and a link partner device. The link setting method performed by the link setting device comprises the following steps: exchanging link information of a link setting device and a link partner device through an auto-negotiation message; determining the priority of usable links from a plurality of links connected between the link setting device and the link partner device by using the link information of the link setting device and the link partner device; and setting the link based on a multi-core fiber between the link setting device and the link partner device by using the priority.
