The present invention relates to an illuminating device. The device includes a light source module which includes at least one light source arranged on a PCB and a resin layer which is arranged on the PCB to bury the light source; a light reflection member which is formed on at least one of one side and the other side of the resin layer; and a diffusion plate which has an upper surface formed on the light reflection member and a sidewall which is integrated with the upper surface, is extended to a lower direction, and touches the light reflection member. The flexibility of products can be secured by providing the illuminating device of a structure where a first air gap is formed between the light source module and the upper surface of the diffusion plate. Also, durability and reliability can be improved.
