PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil unit in which the position of the end face of a planar coil can be determined with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A coil unit 1 has a structure where a planar coil 7, a first elastic body 8, a magnetic shield body 9, and a second elastic body 10 are laminated in the inner housing space of a top cover 5 and a base 6 combined each other. The planar coil 7 is formed by winding a conductor, such as a Litz wire, planarly and spirally. The planar coil 7 is pressed toward the inner surface of the top cover 5, by the elastic force of the first elastic body 8 and second elastic body 10. |
