PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately detect a component from a captured image.SOLUTION: A binarized high-frequency image and a binarized low-frequency image are acquired regarding an input image by an image binarization part 26, expansion processing is performed after performing contraction processing to the binarized high-frequency image, and a small component candidate region is extracted by a small component candidate region extraction part 28, histogram of a color value of the binarized low-frequency image is created by a histogram creating part 30, a color value of a large component is estimated based on the histogram by a representative color estimation part 32, a specified color region image is acquired by a specified color region extraction part 34, a large component candidate region extraction part 36 performs expansion processing to the specified color region image after performing contraction processing, extracts a large component candidate region, and a small component is detected from the small component candidate region and a large component is detected from the large component candidate region by a component detection part 40. |
