PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture device which can effectively culture without morphological changes of animal cells.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an amino group (or imino group)-containing polymerized cyclic nitroxide radical compound, where A represents unsubstituted or substituted C-Calkoxy, Lrepresents a linker which links a segment of m and n repeat units (m is an integer of 2 to 1,000, and n is independently an integer of 1 to 1,000), Lrepresents -Calkylene-NH-(Calkylene)- (q is 0 or 1), and R represents independently a residue of a cyclic nitroxide radical compound. The present invention also provides a cell culture device for inhibiting morphological changes of animal cells during culture, the cell being fixed on a surface of a culture machinery and materials having a carboxyl group through a covalent bond. |
